Our approach
Taxi Tremplin is a ride-hailing platform built for a real taxi service in Val-d'Or, Québec, replacing phone-and-radio dispatch with three connected applications: a client app for booking and live tracking, a driver app for accepting and navigating rides, and an admin dashboard for overseeing operations, pricing, and support.
The platform runs on a NestJS and PostgreSQL/PostGIS backend with real-time Google Maps and an AI-assisted booking flow. Core booking, dispatch, and payment functionality is complete; what remains is production deployment.
